Equestrian In The Park brings together the sophistication of equestrian sport, together with summer style! Smart casual attire is recommended, with denim to be avoided. Ladies are reminded that the event is located entirely on a grass surface so wedges or flats may be more suitable for the occasion. Don’t forget, there are some fantastic prizes on offer for those that really stand out!

Equestrian in the Park is an outdoors and this event is open to weather. We urge you to dress appropriately and bring along the required protection; eg. Sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, long sleeve shirts, and if rain is expected, wet weather gear. The Family Zone has no shade.

Transport and parking arrangements to be announced closer to the event date. We encourage the use of the Transperth network to get the easily accessible event site.

We use EFTPOS at every bar, food stall and market stall. This means you can use your own EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa card anywhere – no tokens, re-loadable wristbands, no extra charge. You are also welcome to pay with cash. Please note there is no ATM located on the site.

You’re welcome to bring a picnic blanket or camping style chairs with you and set them up on the grass.

Gates open at 9am.

There will be a limited amount of Family Zone door sales available, however we would strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online to avoid missing out.

Equestrian In The Park gladly welcomes guests with a companion card and they are more than welcome to bring a carer in free of charge.

No outside food or drink is allowed inside. There is free drinking water available inside the event.
