From day one, this event wasn’t just about the sport—it was about creating an experience. In its very first year, EITP kicked off with VIP and private marquees, setting the stage for the luxury and lifestyle vibe that defines it today.
Let’s rewind the clock and relive the magic of the venues this iconic event has run from.
2013–2014: McCallum Park – The Spark That Started It All
It all began at McCallum Park, tucked along the South Perth foreshore. Think Swan River views, city skyline, and an intimate crowd cheering on the first brave competitors. Guests experienced a taste of the premium hospitality that would become its signature.
The inaugural winners set the tone for what was to come, with local talent stealing the show. Guests sipped champagne in riverside marquees while riders tackled the course—a unique blend of sport and sophistication that Perth had never seen before.
2015–2019: Taylor Reserve – The Event Finds Its Stride
As EITP grew, so did its ambitions. Enter Taylor Reserve, still riverside but with more room to breathe. Hospitality expanded, the trade village flourished, and suddenly EITP was the place to be.
2020–2023: Burswood Park – A New Era of Scale and Style
Then came Burswood Park, and EITP leveled up. Bigger arenas, lush green spaces, and Perth’s entertainment precinct just a stone’s throw away gave the event a whole new dimension.
William Fox-Pitt and Laura Collett brought international flair, turning EITP into a truly global showcase. Record-breaking crowds and a buzzing social scene made EITP a summer calendar essential.
Hospitality precincts grew even more luxurious, with private marquees offering front-row views and five-star service, while live music and gourmet food trucks kept the vibe electric long after the last jump.
2025: Langley Park – The Ultimate Stage
This year, EITP made its debut at Langley Park—and what a milestone it was. Right in the heart of Perth CBD, the venue delivered a spectacular city backdrop that blended equestrian sport with urban sophistication.
Guests enjoyed a high end hospitality precinct yet, and our Family Zone was a hive of entertainment.
And the riding? Absolutely world-class. Boyd Martin, one of the biggest names in international eventing, thrilled the crowd with his skill and charisma, making 2025 a year to remember.
From the fences to the festivities, Langley Park proved to be the ultimate stage for EITP’s boldest chapter yet.
